Our Shipping Policies
- We provide the following options to ship our products: USPS Priority Mail (ETA 2-3 days), USPS First Class Mail (ETA 3-7 business days), FedEX and UPS. When completing your order, please select the carrier, shipping method and a quote will show.
- Please allow 24 - 48 hours, M-F for orders to be processed. We observe all U.S. holidays and the days following Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.
- Orders placed on Saturday-Sunday, will ship during a regular business day (except U.S. observed holidays).
- If we are unable to process your order in a timely fashion, we will email you directly stating why.

- We ship internationally. Please note we are not responsible for any additional taxes, customs, duties or other local fees that you may have to pay upon delivery of the product. Please make sure to check your local regulations before placing your order.
- Please review your country's list of prohibited items to ensure that dietary supplements are allowed for import.
- If your package is stuck in customs, you will be responsible for clearing it through customs.
- For international packages, the customs form will be affixed to the outside of your box. This will list each item name and the total quantity of that item in the package. Due to International Law, we cannot adjust or change the description of your order.
